Thank you for joining CIRCLE for our {SEMESTER} Session ({STARTMONTH} - {ENDMONTH}). CIRCLE works solely on members offering classes, so we want to thank you for helping make CIRCLE happen. We are looking forward to some great classes this session.
Please review CIRCLE policies before submitting your class(es) and have all details ready.
What constitutes a class?
Classes may be:
*Meet up events at locations and activities organized independently by other organizations or venues, while encouraged to foster community, DO NOT qualify as classes and therefore do not count toward co-op participation.
If you would like to reach a broader audience, you are welcome to offer a virtual class to all CIRCLE groups through the CIRCLE Connect form. Offering a class through CIRCLE Connect may count as participation for your local CIRCLE group.
If you need any help, need calendar access, or have questions, please contact us: Maggie at magtate@gmail.comMegan at lorimegan@gmail.comAmber at snowenvi@gmail.com.
ALL CLASSES MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN
When possible, we try not to schedule multiple classes at the same time, although we recognize this sometimes cannot be avoided.
Please check the CIRCLE calendar to ensure your proposed class time doesn't conflict with existing events.
If you need calendar access, please contact Maggie at magtate@gmail.com.
CIRCLE members (those families hosting classes) always receive first priority in classes. Any spots in classes opened up to the community will only be filled after CIRCLE members have been placed in classes. This allows us to encourage prospective members to get involved and meet minimums that we might not otherwise reach.
Any classes being held at private residence will not have their address listed on the open enrollment form. Instead, it will say "Private Residence in [town or geographic area]"
Fees can only include admission or supply reimbursement. CIRCLE does not permit members to profit from the group.
Select at least one pricing tier.
If you have not already done so, please take some time to review CIRCLE Policies. By participating in CIRCLE, you agree to comply with CIRCLE's guidelines at any CIRCLE events or communications.
Submitting and enrolling in CIRCLE classes is a commitment to attend (barring emergencies).
In the event of an emergency or other event which prevents you from attending a class, you will contact the class host and let them know. Any refunds are at the discretion of the class host, as they may have had to pre-pay for events or purchase supplies.
CIRCLE is a SECULAR group. Religious conversations, as well as partisan political discussions, should be saved for outside of CIRCLE. All classes and events must be secular.
CIRCLE has a strict no violence policy. This extends to hate speech, as well as the treatment of children.
Choosing to attend events with others runs the risk of exposure to illness and is a risk you accept without holding others responsible. However, to mitigate risks, we ask that anyone who is ill stays home so as not to knowingly expose others. You should also stay home if you have knowingly been exposed to Covid 19.
Personal information provided on this form will not be posted publicly. We use this information to contact you regarding any questions and to provide participants with an easy way to contact others in their classes (this will be e-mailed privately). CIRCLE does not share/sell contact information with third parties outside of what is stated here.
Photography Release: By signing up for the CIRCLE Resources List, joining as a CIRCLE member, and/or participating in CIRCLE activities, you acknowledge that your name and email address are viewable by other members. CIRCLE may take photographs/videos/interviews of students and families at organizational functions for use in yearbooks, newsletters, websites, social media, etc. Contact and other relevant information may be shared with instructors or coordinators for the activities in which you participate, and photographs may be included in group emails/publications/social media. Names will only be used if a group has an in group publication, such as a yearbook, and will not be used publicly.
As we celebrate two years of growing and building community together, we’d love to hear your thoughts.
