Welcome to CIRCLE Co-op's open enrollment! We're excited to offer select community classes that are available to non-members.
To make things easy, you only need to fill out one form per family.
Take your time browsing the available classes. We recommend having the CIRCLE calendar open as you are filling out the form to check for any schedule conflicts.
If you have any questions, please contact Maggie at magtate@gmail.com, Amber at snowenvi@gmail.com, or Megan at LoriMegan@gmail.com.
ALL ENROLLMENT FORMS ARE DUE BY !
Personal information provided on this form will not be posted publicly. We use this information to contact you regarding any questions and to provide participants with an easy way to contact others in their classes (this will be e-mailed privately). CIRCLE does not share/sell contact information with third parties outside of what is stated here.
Photography Release: By signing up for the CIRCLE Resources List, joining as a CIRCLE member, and/or participating in CIRCLE activities, you acknowledge that your name and email address are viewable by other members. CIRCLE may take photographs/videos/interviews of students and families at organizational functions for use in yearbooks, newsletters, websites, social media, etc. Contact and other relevant information may be shared with instructors or coordinators for the activities in which you participate, and photographs may be included in group emails/publications/social media. Names will only be used if a group has an in group publication, such as a yearbook.
Add all family members who may attend classes. You can include children, adults, and guests. You'll select which members attend each class later in the form.
Select classes and provide student information for each class enrollment.
Please take a few minutes to look over CIRCLE Policies.
CIRCLE is a secular and apolitical group. Please save religious and political discussions for another time.
We have a non-violence policy, which includes hate speech and the treatment of children.
If something happens and you cannot attend a class, you are expected to contact the class coordinator and let them know (e-mail, text, phone call). Barring immediate emergencies, not contacting the person in charge will be viewed as a "no show." A history of "no shows" may result in a family not being able to sign up for CIRCLE events.
Remember that CIRCLE is a community. We want to be respectful to the others and the time and energy they have put into setting up classes as well as to model respectful and responsible interactions for our children.
Full policies can be found at: https://circlehomeschool.wordpress.com/guidelines/
By checking this box, you are confirming that you have read the CIRCLE guidelines and understand how the co-op works. You agree your family will comply with the guidelines.
I understand that CIRCLE is a secular and apolitical group. Discussions regarding these topics should be saved for time outside of CIRCLE.
I understand that CIRCLE has a strict no violence policy, which extends to hate speech and the treatment of children, as outlined in CIRCLE policies.
In order to protect all of our families, please follow these simple guidelines in regards to illness:
Individuals must be fever-free with temperature below 99.6 (without tylenol or similar medication) for 24 hours before returning to CIRCLE.
Individuals must also be free of the following symptoms for at least 24 hours before they can be in a class again: Diarrhea or vomiting, severe sore throat, continuous coughing or blowing nose, undiagnosed rash or skin lesions, and red, itching eyes with discharge.
Communicable disease: If a communicable disease is diagnosed (strep throat, chicken pox, pink eye, lice, scabies, impetigo, etc.), please notify the other parents as soon as possible. Follow physician’s/health guidelines for return to CIRCLE.
In the event that you cannot attend a class or must cancel a class you are hosting to due illness , please contact the appropriate members as soon as possible.
I understand that if my family chooses to attend an in person class, we run the risk of exposing ourselves to illness and do not hold anyone else responsible.
I agree that my family will stay home from in person classes in the event that anyone in our family exhibits symptoms of illness.
Enrollment in classes is a commitment to attend. Please do not sign up if you will not be able to attend, as some of the trips and classes are affected by the number of people. Please also note that we are a family style co-op and unless a class specifically states so, these are not drop off events. You are responsible for your own children.
If something unexpected happens, such as illness, and you cannot attend a class, you are expected to contact the class coordinator and let them know (e-mail, text, phone call). Barring immediate emergencies, not contacting the person in charge will be viewed as a "no show." A history of "no shows" may result in a family not being able to sign up for CIRCLE events.
Any admission or supply fees are listed for each class.
I understand that if I have an emergency or other event that prevents me from attending a class, I must contact the class coordinator, but that I am not automatically entitled to a refund. (Refunds are at teacher's discretion, as they may have purchased non-refundable admission tickets or supplies. Please read Guidelines for full policy.) I also understand that enrolling in a class is a commitment to attend.
I understand that I am responsible for any fees for classes in which I am enrolling. All fees are listed for each class.
